The office staff are those people you talk to you on the phone. They take your booking, organise routes, and make sure that the drivers know where you need to go, and what your needs are.
The drivers make sure you get picked up and dropped off.
The trustees make sure the service is managed, funded and meets the needs of the community in Uttlesford.
